The MetaTrader 4 Charts toolbar contains shortcut icons that are used to manage the chart. Just like the platforms other toolbars, the Charts toolbar is also fully customizable – you can display or remove certain icons, rearrange their order of display and change the entire bars position. By default it can be found on the right side of the Standard bar and the commands it contains duplicate most of the commands found in the Charts menu. Here you can:
– Select the type of price plotting (candlesticks, bars, line)
– Zoom in and zoom out
– Insert an indicator
– Select chart template
– Turn on and off the Auto Scroll and Chart Shift options etc.
