Crittercisms Chief Executive Officer Mr. Andrew Levy said for Bloomberg: “It just goes to show how hard it is to test everything before it’s sent out into the wild.” He shared that more problems are experienced by customers, who use older iPhones. One of the users reported that the Wi-Fi speed is crashing on an iPad Air, iPad mini with Retina display and iPhone 5s after the devices have been upgraded to the latest version of Apples mobile operating system.

The iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices run under Apples iOS operating system. The latest version of the software was released last week and according to the website of the company, 46% of devices connecting to Apples App Store are already running the upgraded version.

The U.S.-based tech giant was not immediately reached for comments on the matter.
