Trading Instruments

IQ Option offers users a variety of different trading instruments. Using these you may trade in many different assets. The available instruments are listed below in detail

ETF

Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are among the most actively traded assets in the world, with roughly $20 trillion worth of shares changing hands in the United States alone. ETFs are bundles that can include stocks, bonds, commodities, and more. They can be traded openly, just like individual stocks, and are highly appealing to traders worldwide. No two ETFs are alike, as each holds a unique mix of assets, but they all share a reputation for being potentially lucrative investments.

CFD Stocks

Users seeking to trade stocks on a contract-for-difference basis have certainly come to the right place. CFDs are essentially agreements between two parties in which the seller agrees to pay the difference between the asset’s price at the time the contract is opened and its price at the time it is closed. This type of contract can benefit either party, depending on the circumstances. If the difference is positive, the buyer makes a profit; if it is negative, the seller earns money from the buyer. At IQ Option, you can trade shares of more than 7,000 companies, many of which are successful businesses listed on the NASDAQ and NYSE.

Forex

Currently, Forex is the most liquid market in the world, with trillions of dollars traded daily. It has been a dominant force in the online trading scene for some time now, and it is only becoming more popular. Forex primarily involves trading foreign currencies. The market as a whole is decentralized and is the largest market in the world, followed by the bond market. At IQ Option, you can engage in Forex trading with a relatively small initial investment, and there is a wide range of currency pairs you can trade.

Cryptocurrencies

At IQ Option, you can speculate on the prices of several of the most popular cryptocurrencies currently on the market. Cryptocurrencies have become a major trading asset on the Internet in recent years. Unlike traditional fiat currencies, cryptocurrencies exist only on the web. Most of them are completely decentralized and, as such, are not subject to any governmental or institutional regulation. Bitcoin was the first, surfacing in 2009, and since then, many others have risen to prominence. Some of them can be used as real money and traded on online exchanges for fiat currency or other cryptocurrencies.

The IQ Option trading platform can be accessed from a range of devices. Desktop and laptop traders can use the web-based interface, where all trading instruments and assets are available. Alternatively, PC users can download the dedicated software, which is available for Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, macOS, and Ubuntu 14.04. The programme is extremely light and will run perfectly on almost any PC. As with the web version, the desktop application provides access to every instrument and trading asset, allowing you to trade comfortably and without issues.

Mobile users can also benefit from a fully fledged application that meets all your trading needs. It can be downloaded on any device running iOS 8.0 or Android 4.0.4 from the App Store and Google Play, respectively. The mobile variant is just as capable as the desktop version. You will be able to trade on the go, contact customer support, and manage your finances. The app runs smoothly without interruptions or annoying crashes.

Support

IQ Option has a competent customer support team of more than 40 agents ready to assist with any issues you may encounter. There are several ways to reach an agent. One of the most convenient is live chat. You can initiate it directly from the screen you are on and speak with a company representative in real time.

You can also contact the support team by telephone; a dedicated line is available at any time of day. The third option is to open a ticket. When you choose this, you will be redirected to another screen where you can fully describe your issue. The customer support team will respond as soon as they have reviewed your message.

IQ Option is truly committed to providing its user base with the best service possible. For this reason, customer support is available to all traders 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
