Key Moments

  • Ripple- and Solana-linked ETFs saw $14.89 million and $32.81 million in inflows on Thursday, extending multi-day streaks of positive flows.
  • The share of Cardano supply in profit climbed to 30.22% from 16.88% over two weeks, as large holders boosted their share of the token supply.
  • XRP, SOL, and ADA all trade above key moving averages, with momentum indicators still pointing to an upside bias.

Altcoin Recovery Supported by ETF Inflows and Large-Holder Interest

Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), and Solana (SOL) have continued a steady advance with double-digit percentage gains so far this month. XRP and SOL are drawing notable institutional interest, while ADA is benefiting from growing demand from large-wallet holders, often described as whales. Technical readings for all three tokens indicate that bullish momentum remains intact.

Exchange-traded funds focused on Ripple and Solana registered fresh inflows on Thursday, with $14.89 million moving into XRP products and $32.81 million into SOL products. These moves marked a third straight day of net inflows for XRP ETFs and a fifth consecutive session of inflows for SOL ETFs. The ongoing demand from institutional channels points to sustained interest in these altcoins and suggests investors are positioning for longer-term potential.

Cardano, meanwhile, is seeing strengthening support from large investors. On-chain data from Santiment shows that the percentage of ADA supply in profit has increased to 30.22%, up from 16.88% over the previous two weeks. Over the same period, the share of tokens held by addresses with between 100 million and 1 billion ADA rose to 7.59% of the circulating supply, up from 6.5%.

Ripple Technical Picture: Holding Above Key Fibonacci Support

Ripple is trading above $1.55 at press time on Friday, maintaining a constructive short-term tone. On the four-hour chart, the token is positioned clearly above the 50-, 100-, and 200-period Exponential Moving Averages, which are aligned in a supportive formation, indicating that the prevailing uptrend structure remains in place.

Momentum indicators are moderately favorable. The Relative Strength Index is just below 60, while the Moving Average Convergence Divergence line is marginally under the zero mark, implying that the latest push higher is decelerating but has not yet flipped into a downside reversal.

Price action is currently above the 78.6% Fibonacci retracement level at $1.5137, calculated from the $0.9888 low to the $1.6999 high, which keeps the route open toward the $1.6999 swing high.
